Appartment Details

This is a modern two bedroom, ground floor appartment. It is situated in the gated community known as Requelme Hacienda, and is part of the Jack Nicklaus golf trail and one of six Polaris World golf resorts in the area of Murcia on the Costa Calida.

The appartment comprises a comfortable living and dining area, modern well equiped fitted kitchen, Bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit, wc and bidet.Two double bedrooms, one twin and one double bedded both with fitted wardrobes and balcony area access. Patio doors lead from the dinning area to a tiled patio, which is ideal for sunbathing and eating. An adjacent small private garden opens onto the shared pool area. There is underground garage parking with lift access to the appartment. Sorry no pets. We have a local English caretaker who lives in the resort.

    Hacienda Requelme is in the region of Murcia on the Costa Calida. The climate is wonderful, making it an ideal place to visit at any time of year. There are over 14 beaches in the local area, some are quite (Playa Honda), or if you prefer more activities try Los Alcazares and Mar Menor strip.Inland there are castles and fortresses to visit, nature reserves and many salt lakes.

    Local cities include Murcia the regional capital and the historical walled city of Cartegena.The nearest town is Sucina, where there are several local restaurants to taste typically Spanish food.The appartment is about 15 mins from San Javier (Murcia) airport and 45 mins from Alicante airport.You can find more information on the Murcia and Mar Menor Tourist Information web site.
